What are your opening times?
This can vary depending on the day of your visit and the particular store that you’re visiting. For more information check out our TGI Fridays location page here.
I love TGI Fridays but there is not one in my town. Are you planning to open one?
We are always looking for great locations in the UK to open a new restaurant and will be sure to announce any future openings!
Are you dog friendly?
At this moment in time we don’t accept dogs inside or outside our restaurant, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Questions about bookings:
Why do you ask for card details when making a booking?
We ask for card details in order to secure your booking, but no money will be taken from your account as long as you attend the booking or cancel within the 4 hour period.
Can I just come in for drinks?
Yes, you sure can!
Why do I need to include my details when booking?
Our booking system is set up whereby we need a full name, contact phone number and email address. This is so we can contact you regarding your booking should we need to.
Questions about our food:
Is your food halal?
At the moment we don’t currently offer halal produce in our restaurants.
Do you heat up baby food or serve baby food?
We do, just inform your server who will be happy to warm your baby food up for you and we have a range of free baby food available in our stores, just check with one of our friendly team when you arrive.
My favourite item has been removed from the menu?
We are always looking to improve our menu with the best of our TGI Fridays Favourites. You never know your old fave may make a reappearance like our tantalising quesadillas! Have a look at our menu and we’re sure you will find a new fave!
Questions about accessibility:
Are your stores wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have wheelchair access in our stores, however there may be areas within the restaurant that may not be accessible.
Can I bring a pushchair with me?
We allow guests to bring pushchairs into our stores, we do ask that you put this in your booking comments to ensure that we have suitable space near your table.
A member of our party has a neuro-diverse condition, is it loud and can you turn the music off?
TGI Fridays is all about the atmosphere so we do have music in our stores and can never anticipate how many people will be visiting us at one time. If you can let us know at the time of your booking then our team will do everything they can to sit you in a quieter part of the restaurant where possible.
